Watts new QB coach, Daoust to Syracuse

CMU has hired former Miami (Ohio) offensive coordinator Morris Watts to be their new quarterbacks coach.
The move was first reported by and I was able to get confirmation on the hire from sources close to the team.
Watts has been coaching for over 40 years in football and was Dan Enos' offensive coordinator at Michigan State while Enos played for the Spartans.

On a related note, defensive line coach Tim Daoust is leaving CMU for Syracuse. An increase in pay is pretty likely with the switch to the Orange from the Chippewas.
No word on Daoust's replacement.
